Travel Schedule for
AY Nurturing & Kriyashakti Attendees​

Here’s a convenient travel guide to help you select the right train based on the event you're attending.

Transfers - Details and Instructions

In case you have opted for transfers with us kindly read the below instructions carefully

Arrival Transfers

  1. All transfers for our arriving residential guests will be from Dabolim Airport and Madgaon Railway Station only 

  2. ⁠Transfers will be arranged for arrivals on 2nd October (for 2nd check ins) and 3rd October (for 3rd check ins) only.

  3. ⁠Pick ups will take place in batches that are pre-planned, so there may be a waiting time for some of you of 2 to 3 hours.

  4. The team has tried to minimise the wait time as much as possible so please cooperate. 

  5. ⁠In case flights and/or trains are delayed, you may have to wait for the next transfer or manage on your own. The team will try our level best to organise and include as many as possible.

  6. ⁠A representative from Pranic Healing Goa will be holding a placard outside Gate 4 at Dabolim airport and at ___ at Madgaon Railway Station. The representative will guide you to your vehicle.

  7. ⁠You will receive a whatsapp message, with the details of your pick up. In case you do not receive the same and you have opted for a transfer, kindly reach out to Radhika on 9820409747 as soon as possible.

  8. ⁠In case there are any changes or delays in your flight / train timings kindly send a whatsapp message to Radhika on 9820409747 with your full name and new travel details. 

  9. ⁠The drive to the hotel is approximately 1.5 hours. Please do not ask the vehicle to stop enroute for personal requirements as the vehicle needs to pick up other arhatic yogis.

  10. ⁠In case you plan to opt for your own transfer, please take govt. taxis from govt taxi counter available outside the airport and station.

Departure Transfers

  1. All departure transfers for our residential guests will be to Dabolim Airport and Madgaon Railway Station only

  2. ⁠All departure transfers are organised for guests leaving on 5th October after the session only

  3. ⁠Departures are planned for those who have opted for transfers. In case you have not opted and shared details kindly do so before 2nd October.

  4. ⁠Vehicle numbers and guest allotments have been pre-planned based on departure details shared with us in the google form. Kindly adhere to the bus numbers and departure time of the vehicle given to you so that your fellow Arhatic Yogis are not inconvenienced or delayed for their flight / train.

  5. ⁠A whatsapp message with departure details will be sent to you by 3rd October. In case you do not receive the same kindly contact Radhika on 9820409747 urgently.

  6. ⁠In case there are any changes or delays in your flight / train timings kindly send a whatsapp message to Radhika on 9820409747 with your full name and new travel details..

  7. ⁠You will be given baggage tags during your check in. Please write the details on the tag and put it on your bags on the day of check out. Your bags need to be packed and kept ready in your room by 8 am on 5th October.

  8. ⁠Hotel Staff will pick up your luggage and keep it ready for bus loading.

  9. ⁠After the session is over, you are required to identify your luggage at the reception before it is loaded in the bus number given to you on the whatsapp msg.

  10. ⁠Request the guests departing by the first bus to leave immediately as it will take at least 1.5 hours to reach the station / airport. In case there are delays by the participants and your transport is missed, we will not be responsible for the same.

  11. ⁠It will be your responsibility to sit in the right bus. Bus numbers will be stuck on the bus.

  12. ⁠⁠Kindly note - South Goa Taxi Association does not allow App based Cabs/Taxi for pick up. In case you need a Taxi for yourself kindly contact the hotel reception or taxi stand outside the hotel directly

Check in's & Check-out's

Travel By FLIGHT to Goa

  • For those traveling by flight, please ensure your arrival is at Dabolim Airport (GOI). Pickup service is available only from GOI (Dabolim).

  • Check-in at the hotel is from 3 p.m. onwards. Please book your flights to ensure you can check in smoothly by 3 p.m.

  • If you are arriving at Dabolim Airport before 3 p.m. , kindly notify us in advance. We will coordinate with the hotel to check if early check-in is possible; however, please note that early check-in is not guaranteed.

Travel By Train to Goa

For AY Nurturing (Arriving on 2nd October)

If you're attending AY Nurturing on 3rd October, you should plan to arrive in Margao (Goa) on 2nd October. The following trains will reach Margao between 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM on 2nd October:

For Kriyashakti (Arriving on 3rd October)

If you're attending KriyaShakti on 4th October, you should plan to arrive in Margao (Goa) on 3rd October. The following trains will reach Margao between 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM on 3rd October:

Hotel Pickup Service from Margao Railway Station

Upon your arrival at Margao Railway Station, the hotel representatives will be there to pick you up and transfer you to your accommodation. This ensures a seamless transition from the station to the hotel, so you can relax and prepare for the event.

Return Travel By FLIGHT from Goa

Please book flights post 9.30pm onwards from Dabolim Airport only.
If you are booking flights from MOPA Airport, please consider an additional 1.30hrs travel time.​

Return Travel By TRAIN from Goa

For your return journey, we recommend the following trains departing from Margao after 9:30 PM on 5th October:
